We want you to love your BYOMA glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your unused BYOMA products in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
